Štefan Svetko (1926 - 2009) studied architecture in Prague and worked all his life in Bratislava. Among his most famous buildings is the pyramid-shaped Slovak Broadcasting building. Innovative technical solutions and a generous formal language are typical of Svetko's work.
Peter Zákuťanský (b. 1988) studied in Academy of Performing Arts Bratislava, Film and Television Faculty, Department of Art criticism and Audio Visual studies. „The Stop on the Main Street” is his first unassisted movie. Currently Zakuťanský cooperates with artistic group Aliens and Herons, which focuses on Czechoslovak monumental sculptures for the public areas from the socialist period.
