Ludmila Pogodina is a writer and multidisciplinary artist from Belarus. Due to political repression in 2022, Pogodina moved from Minsk to Berlin to continue working on her autofiction book. She applies a feminist lens across various fields of activity — from DJing to storytelling — to explore the conservative norms inherent in the environment in which she grew up. Pogodina works with themes of memory, attachment, identity, social norms, and conflicts. In her work, she combines personal experience with journalistic practices (interviews), placing personal narratives into a broader (intersectional) context.
